A GCash withdraw from a casino lobby is two jobs done by two parties. The lobby checks the request and sends the money; GCash receives it, inside the limits of your profile. A practical reading: on a Basic wallet, a single PHP 6,000 payout cannot fit in one month. Suppose PHP 1,000 has already come in from a friend this month; the room left for a casino payout is then PHP 4,000, whatever the lobby approves. Split it, or upgrade first. Linked accounts under one profile share the highest limit; GCash does not add them together.
When a GCash withdraw stalls
Check these one by one, top to bottom, and stop as soon as one explains the delay.
- Read the status on the lobby’s withdrawal record. “Pending” means the lobby has not sent it yet.
- Check the GCash app for a full wallet or a used-up monthly incoming limit.
- Confirm the wallet number on the casino profile is the one you are checking.

In the GCash app open Profile > Profile Limits and read the monthly incoming figure. A payout larger than the room left will not land.
